Join us this summer for the Reclink Charity Paddle – National Series 2012/13.
Following the success of The Great Peninsula Paddle founded in 2009 by Reclink Australia supporters Nick & Virginia Cable, the Reclink Charity Paddle will now take place at six convenient locations across Australia including Brisbane, Sydney, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Hobart and Perth. With each scenic location providing the opportunity to compete in either a short or long course on your paddle craft of choice, the Reclink Charity Paddle is an ideal event for both the experienced and novice paddler.
Short Course: (4-6km depending on event location) is suggested for the paddling enthusiast who may have an interest in paddling or own a paddle board however has never entered a paddle event. This would include families, hobbyists and novice paddlers who would like to give their first paddle event a go whilst raising funds for Reclink Australia.
Long Course: (10-14km depending on event location) is designed for the more experienced paddler and is suggested for individuals who have previously participated in a paddle event. Paddlers in this category must be over 18 years of age and be competent on their craft of choice.
